We are the controller of personal data processed through zayn.pl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For questions about your personal data or to exercise your rights, contact <a href=\"mailto:info@zayn.pl\">info@zayn.pl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal data we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on how you use our website, we process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your email address and account information when you register.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, and order details when you place an order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information you provide when contacting us, requesting a return, making a complaint, or enquiring about a partnership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your displayed name, rating and review text if you submit a product review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical information, including IP address, browser information and server logs, used to operate and protect the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing data is voluntary, but certain information is necessary to create an account, fulfil an order or answer your enquiry. You may browse the website without creating an account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why we process your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process account and order information to provide the services you request and fulfil our contract with you, including delivery and customer service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process accounting and other legally required records to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process correspondence, partnership enquiries, technical logs and information needed to establish or defend claims based on our legitimate interests in communicating with customers and partners, securing our website and protecting our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiries concerning a proposed contract may also be processed to take steps at your request before entering that contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who receives your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authorised personnel may access your information where necessary for their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use OVHcloud for website hosting. Hosting and email service providers may process data needed to provide their services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When fulfilling deliveries through InPost, we provide the recipient and delivery information needed to deliver the parcel and send delivery notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use Stripe to process online payments. Stripe processes payment, transaction, contact and device information as needed to handle payments, refunds and fraud prevention. Depending on the service, Stripe acts as our data processor or as an independent data controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stripe may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States, using applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses. Details about Stripe\u2019s processing, transfer safeguards and how to obtain a copy are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/privacy\">https:\/\/stripe.com\/privacy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where necessary, information may also be disclosed to accounting or legal service providers and public authorities entitled to receive it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long we keep data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain account information for the duration of the account service. After closure, we retain only information needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Other order-related information is retained while needed to handle returns, complaints and claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enquiries are retained while needed to resolve the matter and, where relevant, until related claims expire. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for operation, security and incident investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website uses cookies and similar storage to support the basket, customer sessions, login and other website functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the basket or login from working correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular circumstances.
